She did it for me?
Last weekend I hang out with T'eena (pronounce properly) before the weekend grind. The moment I saw her, there was something really different about her. She was wearing makeup!! I went like.. wow.. and I said something like.. "ya didn't have to girl, you're great even without make-up on" (yeah I noticed. How could I not notice? Yeah I hate my being observant sometimes). It's impressing if not reverring, that even my friends pretty themselves up when they see me. It's like.. going on a date that's not your date. Champion hehehe. And as usual the moments were golden. She forgot to bring some pictures of her party last december but she promised to do so next time. There really isn't much time left. She will be leaving the country probably by the end of this year so we have to start stocking up on good times when the social drought sets in.
Anyway, I brought up the topic on her suddenly having make-up on, and she had this long explanation as to something like she's this age and she hasn't mastered prettying herself up with make-up blah blah. Come to think of it, of all the girls I know mostly only 2/5 of them usually go with make-up on (on a regular basis). It's either they are not in the proper motivation to put on make-up or it's the type of friends I have don't have it in their habits.
Either way, make-up really made her prettier, if she isn't already pretty. Wowing guys.
And guess what, I'm lucky since im her friend, I always get the front seat. ^_^

as an old chinese adage proclaimed, a woman's beauty is only 30% natural. 70% is actually made up by cosmetics.
and as much as i wanna disagree....i don't think i can *sigh*
it's still the inner glow that actually spells the diff.:)
